Catching Up

This week has been pretty uneventful...just a lot of school mixed with a few fun activities. I have decided to stay here until next year which means that i will have until next year to be going home. Which is fine with me because i will be able to get all my foundations done and my first year of interior design. Man time is going by so quick. I still dont feel like i am in college. I feel like i am at a efy extended stay or that i just decided to play college for awhile. I think it is because most of the kids here look young and we all no where we are going. When i go to UNT for efy all the people there look 21 or older. i think that is because all the kids my age are partying until they get serious at 25 or older when here as soon as we graduate we have a plan. I think that is also why we get married so soon because we have formatted plans.

I got accepted to the Interior Design program here at BYUI. I am soo excited and i can't wait until i can start in the fall. It feels like home and i love it so much!

18th Birthday

Today was my birthday of course and it went by so fast! I got a sign on my door when i woke up and went to work which was great! At work I fell up the stairs while holding five glass plates and completely cut my hand, which still hurts. After that bloody incident I went on with the rest of my work day and then I got home did somethings for my dad and then went to the auxiliary building to get one of my birthday packages and then went to school. After school i came home and was greeted by a cake that Katie Goddard (my roommate) made for me. Then i just sat around the apartment because i finished all my homework for tomorrow already and then i went to FHE and had a mini bday party. I then came home and skyped my family and opened their presents and then i am got ready for bed and now i am here :)

Camping Trip

I went camping for with two girls from school this weekend. It was super cold and i think i have a head cold now. Some highlights would be:
1. Seeing some died ripped apart cows it was really gross and random
2. Getting lost up in the mountains and driving all over some ones farm
3. Not being able to start a fire
4. Seeing a baby moose and having to move camp before the mom came
5. Freezing to death and having ice form on the outside of the tent, inside and on the sleeping bags
6. Waking up to having an animal sniffing our tent
7. Getting sold used lighter fluid

For some odd reason i want to go camping again but next time we are going to bring some guys to build a fire and have the priesthood when we are scared or just plain wanting it.

Tomorrow i have to play piano for a musical number and on Monday it is going to be my birthday i can't wait.

Today

Roommates: Things are a little better still have not talked to Lindsay. I clean and organized my room so that is good.

Tuscany: I applied and I will be rooming with a girl from two of my classes and i have already meet on of the other roommates because she orders lunch at the cafe. So i cant wait for next semster!

Homework: I am all done with it for the rest of the week! It is so relieving!

This weekend: I am going Snow Camping which means instead of a tent you make a igloo and sleep in it. I am going with a girl in one of classes and her two roommates. Afterwards we are going to hot springs to swim which i wil greatly like because i have missed the water completely.

Well i better go to bed now i have a packed day tomorrow!

Oh and i got Grandma's gift it is sitting right next to me waiting to be unwrapped on my birthday!

class

i got my schedule worked out for school next semester. I am going to have 12 credits and then 12 in the summer after that i will only have religion classes to full in the rest of the credits during interior design.

um......air

I been wanting a lot of natural air and sunlight a lot lately. I think it is because i want to be free of my dorm and be able to have space. I also need to clean up and organize, usually this lets me be able to be happier but it hasnt been doing its job i think because it is so blank here. there is no personality or homeliness. there is just white walls and nothing that says home. I think when i get my own room at tuscany i am going to make it my home so when i come home i feel at peace and not stressed. School has been going well no compliants there...I am keeping my job at the cafe because it hass good benefits. i am also going to starting ding more service. On monday i am going to sit in during a interior design class which should be interesting and fun. I am also reading from a beginngers interior design book so that i will be able to compete. I better go now and clean and make dinner so ttyl!
